Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
During high-volume seasons or promotions, please allow extra time for processing.
🚚 Shipping Options
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Once your package is with the carrier, Blanche Le Rouge cannot guarantee transit times or be responsible for carrier delays.
🌍 Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail when available.
We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.
📦 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
💔 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
For items damaged in transit, email contact@blancherouge.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly assist you in finding a solution.
💫 International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination and order weight.
Free international shipping may apply to select countries for orders over $150.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
