Refund policy

At Blanche Le Rouge, every product is created with intention — to inspire hope, strength, and resilience.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (timing may vary by bank).

2. Items Eligible for Return

Tumbler Cups: Must be unused and returned in original condition with all accessories (lid, straw, etc.).

Candles: Must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.

Apparel (future collection): Must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable or Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used candles or tumblers
  • Throw pillows and other home décor items
  • Mystery boxes or promotional bundles
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.

Once verified, we’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Blanche Le Rouge is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.

6. Exchanges

If stock is available, we’ll gladly exchange your item once the original is received and inspected.
