Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, Tumbler Cups, Candles, and Mystery Boxes must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Products that have been used, burned, opened, or altered cannot be returned

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

*Final Sale Items: Items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or Customer Credit. No return, refund or credit on damaged, worn, damp items.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at contact@blanchelerouge.com. Include your order number and photos so we can process a replacement or refund quickly.


Are you able to do any exchanges?

As long as you return within 15 days, and items are not damage , unworn, unwashed. And must have all tags attached to item. Will give you a store credit and you can purchase a new item.

When did Blanche Le Rouge online store open?

Blanche Le Rouge was created in March 2015 by addictive retail shoppers. At the time offered women apparel and home accessories. We officially relaunched in 2025 as more than a online store-it's a community built on affirmation, strength, and encouragement for women navigating life's challenges.

If you see any Items we have that are sold out, please email us requesting more inventory for these items. We will honor your request and let you know how long it will take to get these items back in inventory. If you have any ideas that will make our items more desirable, we will definitely appreciate.
